What’s not included
We keep pricing flat by keeping scope tight. Most of these are things you already have, don’t need, or can add for a small extra fee.
- Your domain name Bring your own (we’ll connect it for free), or we’ll register and manage it for you at $25/year.
- Email hosting You’ll need Google Workspace or similar (~$7/month) for addresses like hello@yourorg.com. We’ll help you set it up.
- Logo & brand design We design around your existing brand. If you need a new logo, we’ll point you to a designer we trust.
- Copywriting & photography You provide the words and images. We’ll polish what you send, but we don’t write content from scratch.
- New pages or major redesigns Quoted flat and up front as a separate project. No scope creep, no surprise invoices.
- More than 2 edits a month Extra edits are billed individually or bundled into a small project quote, whichever is cheaper for you.
- Online stores A static site isn’t the right fit for a full product catalog. Simple donate or pay buttons (Stripe, PayPal) are fine and included.
- Ongoing SEO & marketing We set up on-page SEO at launch. Ads, newsletters, social media, and ongoing SEO work aren’t part of the plan.

Frequently asked questions
What is a “static” website and why should I care?
A static site is plain HTML, CSS, and images served directly to visitors — no database, no WordPress admin, no plugins to update. That means it’s faster, cheaper to host, and far more secure. For the vast majority of organizations, it’s all you actually need.
What if I need to update my content?
Your plan includes up to 2 minor edits per month — think a new phone number, an updated board member, a swapped photo, or a small block of copy. Email them in and we’ll push them live within 2 business days. Bigger changes (new pages, new sections, design tweaks) are quoted flat and up front. The whole point of a static site is that it stays put; if you need to change things weekly, a static site probably isn’t the right fit.
Do I own my website?
Yes. If you ever want to leave, we’ll hand you the source code and help you point your domain wherever you’d like. No hostage situations.
Can you do e-commerce or online donations?
We can embed Stripe, PayPal, or a donation widget on your site for one-time or recurring payments. For a full online store with hundreds of products, a static site isn’t the right fit — we’ll tell you so and point you somewhere better.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata. You keep your domain, your content, and, if you want it, the source code.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
Our pricing is already built with small nonprofits and clubs in mind. If $500 up front is the difference between having a site and not having one, email us — we’ll work something out.
